Historical leather footwear often requires production time before it is ready to dispatch. We keep the process transparent so you can plan for your event with realistic expectations.

Shipping Policy

At Old Realm Leather, every product is carefully prepared and handmade before shipment.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders. There is no minimum purchase requirement.

Order Handling Time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 7–10 business days after payment is successfully received.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Transit Time

After dispatch, estimated transit time is 3–5 business days.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

The estimated total delivery time is 10–15 business days, including:

  • Handling time: 7–10 business days
  • Transit time: 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs processing, public holidays, severe weather, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier’s tracking information to update.

Shipping Costs

All orders qualify for free shipping. No shipping fee will be charged at checkout.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price and, when applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.

    Before Your Order Ships

    Many historical footwear styles are prepared to order rather than pulled from mass-produced stock. The product page is the best place to see the current production estimate for the pair you are considering.

    If you are ordering for a Renaissance fair, LARP event, reenactment or other fixed date, contact us before ordering if the timing is critical. We can tell you whether the expected schedule is realistic before you purchase.

    International Shipping, Customs & Duties

    International delivery can be affected by customs processing and local carrier conditions. Import duties, taxes or handling charges may be assessed by your local authorities and are outside our control.

    Please enter a complete physical delivery address and a reachable phone number when ordering. Express carriers may not be able to deliver to every PO box.
